User Agreement

Welcome to the Intilog App.
This Agreement is entered into and has legal binding force between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Shenzhen Linggan Rhino Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," or "the Company").
Before using this App and related services, please carefully read this Agreement and the Intilog Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, please immediately stop using this App.
By starting to use this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
To ensure your right to know and choose, we hereby disclose the entity information of this App as follows:

1. You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2. This App is intended for use only by adults aged 18 years or older.
3. This App is a personal record-keeping and self-management tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional diagnostic or treatment services.
4. You are solely responsible for the content you record or input into this App.
The Intilog App primarily provides the following services:
1. Personal record-keeping and information management functions
2. Statistical analysis functions based on user-recorded data
3. Personalized data analysis and suggestions
4. PRO membership subscription service
5. Technical support services related to the above functions
To ensure data security and service stability, some user data may be synchronized and stored on cloud servers, and used for product optimization, feature improvements, and anonymized statistical analysis (all data is de-identified and cannot be linked to any specific individual).
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you:
• A personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App.
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, crack, or illegally modify the App
• Use the App to engage in illegal activities
• Use the App for commercial purposes or unauthorized distribution
V. Device Identifiers and Service Identification
This App currently does not have a separate account registration system.
To ensure proper functioning of the App, we may generate application usage identifiers based on your device (e.g., IDFV provided by iOS).
This identifier is primarily used for:
• Distinguishing different device users
• Associating application data
• Verifying PRO membership subscription status, including membership validity periods
This identifier is not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party data matching.
VI. Data Storage and Processing
To enable the App's functions, the recorded data you generate or input during use may be:
• Stored locally on your device
• Synchronized and stored on cloud servers
In the current version, cloud servers are provided with infrastructure support by Tencent Cloud, used for:
• Data storage
• Data statistical analysis
• Providing personalized feature services
We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect data security.
All user data is stored within the territory of the United States (Silicon Valley)

You have the right to delete your data at any time.
In the current version, you can delete data as follows:
App Home → My → Personalized Analysis Feature Authorization → Delete All Data
After deletion:
• Cloud data will be permanently deleted
• Local data will also be cleared simultaneously
• Deleted data cannot be recovered
The current version does not support data export functionality.
VIII. PRO Membership and Subscription Services
This App offers membership services. The specific rules are as follows:
Including monthly membership, yearly membership, and permanent membership. Specific details are as shown within the App.
2. iOS User Subscription (Auto-Renewable)
• Membership subscriptions are completed through the Apple App Store
• Monthly/Yearly memberships are auto-renewable subscriptions
• Apple will automatically charge your account within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current period
• Upon successful charge, the subscription period will automatically extend by one corresponding period
Users can cancel auto-renewal via the following path:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Intilog → Cancel Subscription
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the expiration date, the subscription will automatically renew.
• Android memberships are purchased via WeChat Pay
• Auto-renewal is not supported
• Manual renewal is required after expiration
• iOS users must request refunds through official Apple channels
• Android users may contact customer service to request a refund (subject to review and approval)
• Membership benefits are provided only during the validity period
• Permanent membership benefits are valid for the duration of the product's continued operation
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared
When using this App, you shall not:
1. Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
2. Use the App to disseminate illegal or infringing information
3. Disrupt the normal operation of the App or interfere with server security
4. Conduct unauthorized data scraping or technical attacks
If you violate the above provisions, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your service.
The intellectual property rights of this App and related software, designs, interfaces, and technology belong exclusively to Shenzhen Linggan Rhino Technology Co., Ltd.
Without permission, no individual or organization may copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
This App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure service stability, but do not guarantee:
• That the service will be uninterrupted
• That the service will be completely error-free
• That data will never be lost
Users should make necessary backups of important information.
Personalized suggestions provided by this App are algorithmically generated based solely on user-input data and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial professional advice. Do not rely on them for material decisions.
The membership service also does not guarantee that it will meet all of your individual needs.
XII. Amendments to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement based on legal requirements or product development needs.
When material changes are made to this Agreement, we will notify you via in-App prompts.
The updated Agreement will take effect on the date of publication.
Material changes include, but are not limited to: adjustments to service models, changes in data usage purposes, or changes in entity information.
If you continue to use this App after an update, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement.
XIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, China.
If membership status abnormalities occur due to device replacement, system limitations, or third-party platform issues, users may contact customer service for assistance.
