Membership Service Agreement

Welcome to the membership service of Intilog (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership Service").

This Membership Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Shenzhen Linggan Rhino Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," or "the Company"), governing your use of the Membership Service within this application. This Agreement serves as a supplement to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Before subscribing to or using the Membership Service, please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement.

By purchasing or using the Membership Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

 

I. Service Description

1. The Membership Service is a paid value-added service provided by this application. Users must pay the corresponding fee to access the service.

2. Membership Service includes, but is not limited to:

 Advanced data analysis capabilities

 Exclusive member feature access

 Early access to new features

 Other member benefits added in the future

3. Specific service content is subject to the membership page displayed within the App. We reserve the right to adjust service content based on product development needs.

II. Membership Types & Validity Period

This application offers the following membership types:

 Monthly Membership: Valid for 30 days

 Yearly Membership: Valid for 365 days

 Permanent Membership: One-time purchase, valid for life (subject to continued operation of the product)

Member benefits are provided only during the validity period and will automatically terminate upon expiration (except for Permanent Membership).

III. Purchase Method & Payment Instructions

1. iOS Users (Apple App Store)

 Payment is completed via Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system.

 Payment processing is handled independently by the Apple platform.

 We do not collect your Apple ID, payment password, or banking information.

 We only receive subscription status and validity period information returned by Apple.

2. Android Users

 Payment is completed via WeChat Pay.

 The payment process is handled by the respective payment platform.

 We do not store your payment account information.

IV. Auto-Renewal Rules (Applicable to iOS Only)

1. Monthly and Yearly memberships are auto-renewable subscription services.

2. Shortly before the current subscription period expires, the system will send a renewal reminder.

3. Apple will automatically charge your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription period.

4. Upon successful charge, the subscription period will automatically extend by one additional period.

5. If the charge fails, your Membership Service may be interrupted.

V. Canceling Auto-Renewal

If you wish to cancel auto-renewal, please turn it off via your iOS system settings as follows:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Zhiji Record → Cancel Subscription

Important Notes:

 Please cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

 If you do not cancel on time, you will be deemed to have agreed to continue your subscription.

VI. Android User Notes

1. Android memberships (purchased via WeChat Pay) are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

2. After membership expires, users must manually purchase again.

3. There is no automatic charging behavior for Android users.

VII. Fees & Pricing

1. Membership service prices are as displayed within the App.

2. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on market conditions, product changes, or other factors.

3. Users who have already purchased a membership will not be affected by price adjustments during their current validity period.

4. Adjusted prices will only apply to new purchases or renewals.

VIII. Refund Policy

1. iOS Users (Apple)

 All payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store.

 Users must request refunds through official Apple channels.

 We cannot directly process refund requests.

2. Android Users (WeChat Pay)

 If eligible under applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules, you may contact customer service to request a refund.

 Whether a refund is granted is subject to final review results.

IX. Membership Usage Rules

1. Membership benefits are for the user's personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or lent.

2. Users shall not obtain membership benefits through abnormal means (e.g., fraudulent orders, exploiting vulnerabilities).

3. If we detect any violation, we reserve the right to:

 Cancel membership eligibility

 Restrict account usage

 Deny any refund

X. Service Changes, Interruptions & Termination

1. We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, or optimize the Membership Service based on product operations.

2. If service interruption occurs due to system maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service.

3. If a user violates applicable laws or this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate their Membership Service without any refund liability.

XI. Disclaimer

1. The Membership Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee:

 That the service will be uninterrupted

 That data will be completely error‑free or permanently retained

2. The Membership Service does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.

3. Users are solely responsible for their own data and use of the service.

XII. Amendments to This Agreement

1. We reserve the right to update this Agreement based on legal requirements or product development needs.

2. Updates will be notified via in‑App prompts.

3. If you continue to use the Membership Service after an update, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended agreement.

XIII. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good‑faith negotiations.

3. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, China.
